Fever and infections in Greater Noida West
The clinic sign lists infectious diseases. Dr Rajeev Ranjan Jha sees fever and other common infections as a general physician. This is not a hospital isolation ward, and this page does not claim a specialist infectious-disease practice.
What fever usually means
Fever is a rise in body temperature, often from a viral or bacterial infection. A short viral fever with a cold is common. Fever that lasts, returns, or comes with severe symptoms needs a doctor’s look, not a page.
Symptoms to mention
Tell the doctor how many days the fever has lasted, the highest reading, and whether there is cough, burning urine, loose motions, body pain, rash, or a sore throat. Also mention dengue, malaria, or typhoid reports if a laboratory has already issued them. This page does not diagnose those illnesses from a description.
Seasonal infections in Delhi NCR
Viral fever is frequent in the monsoon and winter. Dengue is a mosquito-borne illness. The World Health Organization dengue fact sheet describes warning signs that need urgent care, including severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, bleeding, and exhaustion. Malaria and typhoid are confirmed by tests, not by this website.
When to book, and when to go to emergency care
Book for fever that is lasting, fever that returns, or infection symptoms that have not settled. Very high fever with confusion, a stiff neck, trouble breathing, or a rash in someone who looks very sick needs emergency care the same day.

Questions patients ask
Can the clinic diagnose dengue from this page?
No. A laboratory test and an examination decide that. Bring a report if you already have one.
Is this an infectious-disease specialist clinic?
No. Infectious diseases are listed on a general physician’s sign. A specialist infectious-disease opinion is a different service.
